People surely look at
your attitude before they go ahead with working or increasing contacts with
you. They need to assure whether you have an ego problem or are you a
short-tempered bully. Moreover, it is the personality that speaks for itself
and cannot be faked even if you try hard. People observe others thoroughly and
later decide whether associations can be made. It is somehow the same in the
film industry. An actor or director will not want to work with a person, who is
arrogant and bossy.
Our very own Indian
film producer Sajid Nadiadwala is
completely the opposite of this description. He is one of the best natured
people in Bollywood. He surely has a very professional approach towards his
work, but in real life he is a polite and a genuine man. One will not even
think before approaching him because he is so generous and calm by nature that
people want to become his friends. They want to be a part of either Sajid’s
friend or colleague circle. With a position so high in Indian cinema, this ace
producer does not have even an inch of pride within him. He is down to earth
and cheerful. He knows how to enjoy life and stay happy all the time.
Sajid
Nadiadwala comes from a rich family, who is in the film
production business from past 55 years. They are equally successful as well.
However, this has never become a reason for this talented producer to throw
tantrums on the sets of his films or keep himself above his team. He works with
his team being at par with them. For him, no one is small or big, they all are
equally important in the making of a film. Each one’s input matters a lot and
no one is inferior.
