Is Salman Khan-Shah Rukh Khan’s second hug a good sign for Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick?

To everyone’s surprise, the warring Khans of Bollywood have hugged once again. We really do not know that where this is going to land us at. The film industry is all about shocks and surprises each moment. After the much talked about hug that rival actors Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan shared at an iftar party back in August last year, this is their second public hug. They both recently hugged one another at an award function held on 16th January in Mumbai. Now, isn’t this a good sign for the Sajid Nadiadwala produced and directed action flick Kick? The Salman-Shah Rukh bonding is very essential for Sajid’s upcoming directorial debut as the two actors will have to come face-to-face for it.

Kick is the remake of a Telugu movie, which Sajid Nadiadwala is directing as well as producing under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Actors Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Archana Puran Singh, and Mithun Chakraborty are playing the lead roles in this movie. While Salman and Shah Rukh are not acting together in the film, they will still have to work with another. After watching the flawless visual effects in Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3, the producer has signed in Red Chillies VFX to do the visual effects for Kick. Fortunately or unfortunately, Red Chillies is owned by King Khan. Thus, such public hugs between Salman and Shah Rukh are going to help them improve their relations and work together better, though indirectly.

The actors, who have once been the best of friends, greeted each other very well at the Star Guild Awards 2014 show, which Salman Khan was also hosting. They two hugged each other on the stage, when Shah Rukh Khan went up to collect his ‘Entertainer of the Year’ award. For the fans, who are eagerly waiting to watch the Sajid Nadiadwala production Kick, it releases on 25th July this year!
